This shows the function of the lifting mechanism on my RC goose. This is used to increase ground clearance, and add a bit of animation and personality to the robot. Servo is an HS-755-MG. Springs are four of what I had in my spring box. All pivots are UHMW sheet, 1/2" thick, drilled and tapped by hand The link arms are 5/16" steel rod, cut bent and welded to form L's then welded to a steel shaft collar, allowing adjustment to position. Driver links are rod welded to a shaft collar and drilled. Link bars are steering rods for an RC car There is a servo saver on the servo.
